Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation operating within the housing sector. Working closely with operational teams, senior leaders, and external partners, you will provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and ensure financial information is effectively understood across the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted adviser to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and constructive challenge.
• Develop strong, credible relationships with directors, managers, and external stakeholders across the housing and property environment.
• Produce clear and meaningful financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development of business cases, investment appraisals, and project evaluations.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, governance standards, and sector-specific regulations.
• Need to be Fully Qualified or Finalist.
