The Finance Manager Property supports the Corporate Property service, providing a business partnering service, focused on building relationships, helping them understand financial information and aiding with decision making. A significant part of the role will encompass analytical work on the property investment portfolio and liaison with managing agents. Part of the role will include reviewing current processes and automating as far as possible. The role will also provide financial and commercial analysis for business cases and manage the financial modelling of new services.

To be suitable for the role you need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience of building productive relationships stakeholders in a large complex organisation and being able to challenge and influence. You will also need to demonstrate effective commercial and financial skills. Experience of working with supporting Property or Commercial teams in a public sector setting is highly desirable.
