  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Finance and operational teams to identify efficiencies, improve financial performance and deliver value for money.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, systems and controls.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, providing proactive financial advice and challenge where appropriate.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • At least three years’ experience within a busy finance environment, including management accounting, business partnering and year-end audit support.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience producing budgets, forecasts and management information to support business performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing colleagues across different business functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within the housing, property or real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of Unit4 ERP and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) systems.
  • Experience working within a large, complex or regulated organisation.

What’s on Offer?

In return, you’ll join a collaborative finance team within a values-driven organisation that is committed to professional development, flexible working and continuous improvement.

You’ll benefit from:
