Head of Finance

A London-based national membership body is seeking a permanent Head of Finance.

Leading the finance, procurement and facilities team, the Head of Finance will oversee the organisation’s day-to-day financial operations while contributing to its wider strategic planning and operational development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Maintaining effective financial controls and overseeing the year-end process
• Preparing clear and insightful reports for the Finance Committee and Board
• Deputising for the Director of Corporate Services on operational and strategic financial matters
• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team including coaching and career development support
• Overseeing the organisation’s procurement and facilities functions

• You will be a qualified accountant who has experience of leading operational finance teams
